The U.T. of Puducherry Legal Services Authority has set up the Permanent Legal Services Clinic as a Pilot Project in U.T of Puducherry to provide 24 hours Legal Aid and Advice to the needy people at the Grama Panchayat Office, Emabalam.
This new initiative of establishing the “Permanent Legal Services Clinic”, which runs Round the Clock i.e. 24 x 7 will serve all those needy people mentioned in Section 12 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.
The Permanent Legal Services Clinic was inaugurated by His Lordship Hon’ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant, Executive Chairman, National Legal Services Authority on 23.08.2025.
